The Volt Martial Arts text messaging program is operated by Volt Martial Arts, LLC.

Depending on the preferences and consent you provide, you may receive texts about first lessons, class schedules and changes, attendance follow-ups, membership-related updates, event reminders, Level Ups, registration opportunities, special offers, and other Volt Martial Arts news.

Messages may be sent by Volt staff or through automated messaging technology. These terms apply to the Volt Martial Arts messaging program serving our Glenville, Slingerlands, and Rotterdam locations.

You may enroll by providing your mobile number and affirmatively agreeing to receive the applicable messages through a Volt Martial Arts opt-in process.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing a membership, registering for an event, or receiving our services. Providing a phone number alone, accepting general website terms, or becoming a member does not automatically enroll you in promotional text messages.

We send messages consistent with the consent you provide. You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided, or otherwise authorized to enroll that number.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Volt Martial Arts, your selected preferences, class and event activity, and the messaging program you join.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages sent or received according to your plan. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your messaging or data plan.

Reply STOP to a Volt Martial Arts text message to unsubscribe from the messaging program.

You may receive one final text confirming your opt-out. After that, you will no longer receive messages from the program unless you provide a new valid opt-in.

You may also contact our support team to request removal from the messaging program.

Opting out of text messages does not cancel your Volt Martial Arts membership or event registration.

If you change or relinquish your mobile number, please update your contact information with Volt Martial Arts so messages are not sent to the number's new owner.

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions as our messaging program changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Changes to these terms do not expand your messaging consent. We will obtain new consent where required.
